Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the personal data you give us through the enquiry form on this website. Effective from 2 October 2026.

2. What data do we use, and why?

When you request information through the enquiry form, we use:

  • your name, e-mail address and phone number – to answer your enquiry and contact you about our building plots;
  • the fact and time of your consent, and the language of the page – so that we can show that you gave your consent.

We do not use your data for anything else (such as newsletters or advertising), and we never sell it.

3. On what legal basis?

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to the e-mail address above; this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before you withdrew it.

4. How long do we keep it?

Until we have answered your enquiry, and then for at most 1 year after our last contact – unless a contract is concluded, in which case the contract-related data is kept for the period required by law. If you withdraw your consent, we delete your data without delay.

5. Who can see your data?

Only the staff of Vipex Kft. Technically, the messages reach us through the website's hosting and e-mail provider (Viacom Kft., viacomkft.hu), which acts as our processor and can access them only as far as needed to provide its service. Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.

6. Cookies and technical data

  • The website uses a single cookie, "lang", which remembers for 1 year which language you chose (Hungarian, English or Italian). It does not track you and is not used for advertising.
  • As with any website, the hosting server keeps a technical log of visits (IP address, browser type, time) for security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • We use no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools, and the fonts are loaded from our own server.
  • The "Where is Mályi?" map uses OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org), which draws the map from OpenStreetMap data: when you open it, your browser loads the map data directly from the OpenFreeMap servers, which therefore receive your IP address. If OpenFreeMap is unavailable, the map is loaded from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) instead. This only happens if you open the map; OpenFreeMap uses no cookies. The United Kingdom is covered by an EU adequacy decision for data protection.
  • Links to other websites (for example Google Maps or the articles listed as sources) only load when you click them; those websites are covered by their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to

  • tell you what data we hold about you (access),
  • correct or delete it,
  • restrict its use,
  • give it to you in a machine-readable format (portability),

and you can withdraw your consent. Send your request to the e-mail address above; we will reply within one month at the latest.

8. Complaints

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH; Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; www.naih.hu), or to the data protection authority of the country where you live, or go to court. We would appreciate it if you contacted us first – we will try to help quickly.
